Just an all around awesome experience.
I live 3 hours away. They had a car for a very good deal that Iv'e been looking months and months for so I set up an appointment to come in that Saturday to look at it. They are was already pulled up when I got there and the salesman (David Powell) was waiting for me to arrive. He did not push me to buy the car what so ever and also didn't push me to look at other cars because he knew this is what I wanted and I wasn't going to leave without it. He and the finance guy ( I do not remember his name this was over a year ago) did everything they could to get me in the car I wanted and wasn't going to give up when the first bank didn't approve me. The finance guy did not push me to buy an extended warranty and gave me the best deal he could. Even worked with me to get my down payment because i just started my new job. If there were more than 5 starts available I would give them more. Excellent place. I tell all my friends and family about them.
Not very helpful if you are not wealthy. No used vehicles under $12000.
Things have obviously changed with new ownership. Tried to drop off wife’s maxima that was bought new from Glenn Nissan for service, as I had done several times before, on my way to work. In the past they had “porters” or the service manager himself would give me a ride to work. This morning that was not the case. Now the “porter” only is there at certain times? So no doing this anymore on my way to work. Guess I’ll have to find another Nissan dealer to do service work
By far the best experience with a car dealer ever. They treat you like family before and after the sale. And for us they went above and beyond to put us in a new vehicle at a price and payment we could afford. In the future I'll think of no one else when it comes to another vehicle purchase.
