I have had some not so great experience at dealerships with with high pressure tactics, which always ends without a purchase from me. Not the case a Don Franklin. John Roy was very knowledgeable, easy going, can tell he of course wants to sell but not high pressure. Everyone at dealership very friendly, happy with my purchase so far. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I was test driving the truck I wanted, and then within 30 mins I was done negotiating and filling out the minimal paperwork to drive it home. Best car purchasing experience I've ever had. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.
