Could not find a problem, did not charge me.
I had a great sales experience with my salesman (Travis). I drove from Atlanta Georgia to do business with him. I would give 5 stars but when I took delivery of my $76K truck it only had one key. I was told that Ford did not send the other key but not to worry; they would mail me the second key. Well...after 2 months still no key even after Mr. Franklin got involved. I guess service after the sale is not important to this dealer!!
James is a great salesman, I have bought 4 cars from him. No complaints there. I have recently tried to trade with them again but they are offering $3000 less than the "rough" trade-in value for a car with no interior/ exterior damage. It's becoming harder to find a dealer around not owned by Franklin. They are monopolizing new car sales within 100 miles of Columbia. This is just my experience. Best of luck if you try them.
Worked with 2 young salesmen that were on the ball! They assisted me with all the questions I had and were never put out by my decision-making process. I was never pushed into something I didn't want; that was much appreciated! I ended up with a 2015 Nissan Rouge...I am still figuring everything out on it but so far so good!
From start to finish, Don Franklin exceeded my expectations. Tommy, online salesman, was great to work with. They delivered my the car to me which made it much more convenient considering I live in Louisville. A few weeks after I purchased, realized the new tires sizes on rear wheels were wrong size. They replaced them all. The tires were delivered to the Bardstown location where Jeff Perkins, Service Director, went above and beyond!! He had the tires mounted and balanced and they even corrected the two bent rims. My overall experience was great!!
