I love Dr.Coffey, she is a good doctor who really cares about animals. She is not just in it for a pay check. She cried with me when I had to put my dog to sleep. It hurt her to do it. I think that is a wonderful trait in a vet.
Walked in to get a price of how much a visit would be and the female at the desk just turned and looked at me without saying a word as if i was disturbing her. No "hello", not a single "how can i help you", nothing. If they aren't friendly with human customers then i be danged before i take my beloved pet there. I'll find somewhere else that's more friendly than a rude stare.
