All this although this local restaurant was recommended by our hotel front desk, we would never eat here again. The entire experience was a disaster. When we arrived, the host never even greeted us, simply picked up a menu and started walking to the seating area. There was no interaction between the staff and patrons. Very awkward to be sitting there in total silence. Took our waitress three tries to get an iced tea and a water order straight. Bringing the wrong thing multiple times to each of us. I ordered the grilled pork chop and my wife had the chop steak. After sitting in a near-empty restaurant for over 20 minutes the waitress finally came out and said they were out of pork chops so had to pick something new then. I then chose the "large grilled ham steak". Chop steak came out okay. Ham steak was not even the size of a paper plate, was less than 1/8 of an inch thick, and was overdone, similar to Chris P bacon. When I informed the waitress she simply said sorry and walked away. Also order the sweet potato casserole which came out cold. May have been tasty, but I don't like cold food. Waitress never returned to the table for us to tell her about the cold food and over cooked steak. When paying, the cashier asked how the dinner was, and I told her the problems that we had. She apologized and offered to take 20% off of one dinner, total of $2. They said the owner and head cook had simply not shown up for work that day, so I guess it was a bad day for them and for us too. Hopefully you'll have better luck there than we did but we won't be returning. Hope they find their owner and cook.

WE were so grossed out by our drugged out server picking her face reaking of cigarettes that we left before we even ordered. The menus were dirty, the tables, chairs, floor the entire place was so dirty! Don't see how anyone could even consider eating here.
Great food wonderful service but be warned the pancakes are bigger than a dinner plate. One order of Pancakes can easily feed two or three people. A large orange juice is almost a quart of orange juice. All in all it was a great little restaurant
We had three different waitresses ask if we needed refills and then never came back. We had along wait for food to come. I'll not be back.
