Friendly, hometown feeling describes what we experienced when we stayed the night at Best Western. Beautifully appointed room, clean and neat. Very nice staff who were concerned about our every need! And the rates were reasonable.........we'll visit again!
This place bailed me out in a pinch! I am a truck driver and was nearly out of available hours and even though nearby Kings Island had an event and the hotel could have sold out a full value they let me have a room! That alone would make me want to stay again. Thank you for understanding my situation!
Amazing place to stay! D the manager goes out of his way to make sure your stay is great and if anything goes wrong, he makes it right! Brenda she does an amazing breakfast and is the most definitely employee of the year... wow she really makes you feel like your family, thanks guys we will be seeing you again soon.
The location is nice, it's in a nice town, so you're close by for what you may need. The rooms are nice and well kept. The service has been great. They are also pet friendly so that's a huge plus! ☺
The room was clean, comfortable, and a great value. The staff were superior - both friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
