My personal experience with US Nails is always great. The woman is the one who usually does my nails, not the man. She is very sweet and talkative, but not to the point to where I can't relax. She always does them EXACTLY how I ask. And if I show her a design that she isn't able to do well, she will tell me and get another employee to do it. They really take their time and try to make you as comfortable as possible. They even offer me a drink every time I come! Reasonably priced and definitely the best salon I've been to in Columbia.
I was relieved to find that no one was at the shop when I got there so it did not cause a big commotion. Boy was I under the wrong impression. I went in to ask her to take them off or my money back or SOMETHING, because I didn't have time to get them fixed, and I was as calm and nice as I could be. Instead of responding with ANY reasonable offer, she takes off my nail polish, but then refuses to take the nails off, and starts screaming at me, ranting and raving around her shop with open palms and accusations! "You are the first person who has ever been unhappy with my service!" I actually know someone who has gotten a full refund and their nails taken off, which is why I asked!!! As soon as she FINALLY gave me back a MEASLY $10, I got out of there, but not without her wrath first. Now I have these horrible nails with no polish on them and I'm out of money.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Hygiene seems to be a issue friendly staff nails doesn't last for price
I went in with a friend around 1:00 p.m. to get her nails done. After some convincing, I decided I would too. I asked if there was time for me to get acrylics done before 2:00 p.m., because I had to work at that time. The woman technician assured me there was, so I sat down to the worst waste of time and money I have ever endured.

NEVER, EVER, EVER GO HERE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE.
Firstly, she was not done painting my nails UNTIL 2:00. I was late for work and had to mess up my wet nail polish on my rush out of there. After I worked for a few hours, the more I looked at my nails, the more I realized how terrible they really were. Not only was every nail on my right hand a giant, warped version of the nail on my left hand, but they were all different lengths and filed at slants. As soon as I got off at 4:00, I decided to go back. I didn't have more time to sit and get them fixed for another hour. I just wanted her to either take them off, or give me my money back, since they were obviously not CLOSE to anything anyone would want to pay for!
